The community is bordered to the south by the MacArthur Freeway, Sausal Creek to the west, 35th Avenue to the southeast, and the Lincoln Highland and Oakmore subdivisions to the north. There are two sections of the district, which are named Lower Dimond and Upper Dimond divided along Mac Arthur Boulevard. These subdivisions feature similar home builds and enjoy access to the same amenities within the region. Dimond Park is the most notable attraction, providing a vast outdoor space with water features, kid-friendly play areas, picnic, trails, mature trees, and green spaces.
