The community is bordered to the south by the MacArthur Freeway, Sausal Creek to the west, 35th Avenue to the southeast, and the Lincoln Highland and Oakmore subdivisions to the north. There are two sections of the district, which are named Lower Dimond and Upper Dimond divided along Mac Arthur Boulevard.
